IMPORTANT: Please complete and submit one form for each video case submitted to a session. To submit your video case, fill in the fields below, upload the required PowerPoint or video file, and then click Submit. Maximum video upload size: 1 GB. - Send surgical management of complications and dilemmas—not difficult cases that were managed perfectly.

Retina for the Anterior Segment Surgeon File Submission
