ASCRS Symposia Case Video Submissions

IMPORTANT: Please complete and submit one form for each video case submitted to a session. To submit your video case, fill in the fields below, upload the required PowerPoint file containing the video, and then click Submit. Maximum video upload size: 1 GB. You may reach out to video_submissions@ascrs.org with any questions.
